Keli Wang is qualified Chartered Accountant, CPA and FTI (Fellow of The Tax Institute) with 16 years of expertise in superannuation, company, trust, personal tax, accounting issues and client management as well as RG146 compliance.

Keli has extensive experience delivering tax solutions with a commercial focus on large to small business and high net worth group across a broad spectrum of industries including agriculture, medicine, retails, wholesales and real estate.

Keli started to involve in CRS advisory since 2016 and hold unique knowledge and understanding CRS of implementation in both China, Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong and have helped client to restructure their business to minimise the impact from CRS.

During her professional career, Keli was director of Kazakhstan Potash Corporation Limited (ASX:KPC). In this role, Keli has overseen audit and compliance issue.

Keli在税务架构及提供税务解决方案方面拥有丰富的经验，其商业重点从大型到中小型企业，包括农业，医药，零售，批发和房地产在内等多领域业务。辅导和帮助高净值客户做移民前，移民中和移民后的整体税务和架构筹划。

Keli自2016年起开始涉足CRS咨询业务，对CRS在中国，澳大利亚，新加坡和香港的实施方面拥广泛的知识和独到深入的理解，成功地帮助客户重组其业务，最大限度地减少CRS 对他们的影响。

Keli曾担任澳洲上市公司KPC的董事职务，在任职期间负责公司的财务监管，对接审计和负责上市公司合规性事宜。
